By accessing and using the GSMXpand Unlocking Service website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GSMXpand Unlocking Service provides professional smartphone unlocking, FRP removal, network unlocking, phone flashing, and related software services. Services are provided remotely via WhatsApp communication and guidance. We work with supported device models and brands as stated on our website.

3. Service Eligibility

• Not all devices are eligible for all services.
• We reserve the right to decline service for any device we determine is not compatible or supported.
• Network unlocking availability depends on device model, carrier, and eligibility requirements set by manufacturers and carriers.
• You must contact us before proceeding if you are unsure whether your device is supported.

4. Warranty & Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Success: While we make every effort to provide quality service, we do not guarantee successful completion of any unlock, repair, or flashing procedure. Some devices or service combinations may not be possible due to technical limitations, device incompatibility, or manufacturer restrictions.

Data Loss: Some services (particularly phone flashing) may result in data loss, including photos, messages, apps, and settings. It is your responsibility to back up important data before requesting our services. We are not responsible for data loss during service completion.

Device Damage: While we use industry-standard practices and tools, flashing, unlocking, and repair services carry inherent risks to the device. We are not responsible for any damage to the device, including but not limited to hardware failure, bricking, or display issues, unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence.

Third-Party Tools: Some tools and drivers listed on our Tools & Drivers page are from third-party sources. We provide these for reference only. Download and use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from their use.

5. Service Requests

• You must provide accurate information when submitting a service request, including device brand, model, IMEI (if requested), and a clear description of your issue.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay service or result in rejection of the request.
• All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Malawi time).
• Response times may vary depending on the complexity of your request and our workload.

6. Ownership and Authenticity

By submitting a service request, you confirm that:

• The device belongs to you or you have permission from the rightful owner to request the service.
• The device is not reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted.
• You are not attempting to unlock a device belonging to another person without their consent.

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of service and referral to appropriate authorities.

7. Payment & Refunds

Pricing and payment terms are discussed during your initial consultation on WhatsApp. By confirming a service, you agree to the quoted price. Refund policies will be communicated to you before service begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

GSMXpand Unlocking Service, its owners, and employees are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
• Any damage to your device arising from services requested, including but not limited to hardware failure or bricking.
• Third-party claims or disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

The website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of GSMXpand Unlocking Service or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Request unlocking services for devices that do not belong to you.
• Use our services for illegal purposes or to circumvent manufacturer security features for unauthorized reasons.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our website or services.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malawi, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malawi.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Modification of Terms

GSMXpand reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
